Zacwolf Loboan from Luna Lobo,Zacwolf was Zac 3rd 10 year old Additional alien Zac unlocked the Loboan form when the Loboan he was fighting scratched the Omnitrix and and Zac slowly transformed into Zacwolf soon after and Zac`s slow first into transformation Zacwolf ended soon after Zac fought the Loboan that scratched the Omnitrix.
